All stars for us for a small food chain.
Came in on a Tuesday @1230. Waited for 10-15 minutes.
You can see that your food is cooked in a wok. Food served hot. Very tasty. Not to sweet, not too salty. Perfect for our taste. Large serving for us. Almost half to half of the container is meat.
We didn’t finish our food and on the way out, staff greeted us goodbye and when he saw we are carrying our takeaways, he called us and opened a paper bag for free. He could have said goodbye but he called us to come forward for our convenience. Great caring staff.
Definitely will come back.

We decided to eat out on the Australia Day long weekend with friends. We are so glad we chose Penang Delight, the food serves were large per dish, and the pricing good. Its great to find places that still represent good value. Will definitely be back.

This joint was recommended to me from a member in the CV Chat. Did not disappoint. As soon as you enter the store you know the food is going to be great. The shop did not have oily smell like some of the fish and chip joint. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Last of all, battered fish was crispy, yet thick and moist on the inside. Grilled fish was cooked nicely, not underdone or burnt. No lemon wedges though as they were out.
We came around 6:45pm and was super busy. Waited about 35-40mins whilst we had frozen yoghurt next door. Worth the wait.

Japanese restaurant with simple but effective décor and still have a welcoming feel upon stepping inside (although lacking the greeting you normally get when entering a Japanese restaurant - irasshaimase!). Small and limited seating but well spaced out. I like how everything is already on the table (soya sauce, napkins, small sauce bowls and chopsticks). The menu I feel is well designed, simple, easy to read. They have a self serve tray with water and spare plates.
Ordered the Unagi - grilled eel bento box, came with a small salad and miso soup. Salad was good, miso soup ok and eel was presentable, flavour was good, texture abit on the soft side. Also ordered a Beef Tataki which was average, kind of lacked freshness, seemed like it was in pre-made and stored in the fridge for some time. Overall though, not a bad dining experience for a neighbourhood Japanese restaurant.

A cosy and serene place.
Loving their tounge dishes, soft and flavoursome. We had the premium tounge for an extra $5.
The squid is a must try, it has perfect chewiness and that wok hei aroma which gives more yummy taste.
I tried the unagi, it tastes similar with other unagi from other places, the difference is this one has a rather high price.
A friend recommended me to try the agadeshi tofu. I too recommend this now, the soft tofu has a perfect companion of the tasty sauce.
The place is great for a small group.
There're a few dishes I will need to try, so definitely a revisit is necessary 😊
