Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always find myself ordering the same dish—the BBQ and Crispy Pork with Rice. It has become my absolute favourite, and for good reason. We ordered a Hainanese chicken rice and a fish laksa noodle soup for lunch, it was delicious and super cheap! I can’t believe that I only paid $10 for the chicken and rice. The chicken was juicy, tender, and well-seasoned, I enjoyed every bite of it! The only thing was the quality of the rice, but for a $10 meal, I cannot make any complain. The laksa was rich and pungent, the rice noodles were nice and chewy. The service was quick and easy, definitely worth the price!

Great food! Decent prices. Personal favourite is fried barramundi and grilled pork.

I’ve been coming here for years. By any definition, what they sell is good old-fashioned comfort food. It’s one of those places you wish will never change. You find comfort in the familiar. The food is always good. The people are always friendly. I’m yet to have a bad meal here ever. I always order the mapo tofu, which is definitely the best in all of Melbourne, maybe all of Australia.

It's been awhile since I ordered from here. TODAY, I ordered fish & chips for the kids. Everything was fresh and hot upon delivery. The fish and chips were delicious 😋 the kids said. I like they use chicken salt also. The kids said I should have ordered 2 lunch trays instead of 1, because they wanted more. Would recommend lunch here.
