What a lovely introduction to Malaysian flavours and beautiful laksa for me. The portions were generous and the flavours on point. The five spice tofu was quite unique and I really enjoyed it too.
They were quite busy but the service was quick and the dishes came out without much delay. I had the vegetarian laksa and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of noodles with a rich soup and generous topping of veggies!

Great food with friendly, family service in a spacious restaurant with crisp white tablecloths, staff who remember your name and favourite dishes and tasty, anuthentic Indian food that never disappoints. Do yourself a favour & try this if you haven’t been before. Service is quick, but there is no pressure to be in and gone in a certain time. Great for a relaxing night out.

We came here on a Friday night, the restaurant was packed with people. Luckily we had a reservation so that we can enjoy the food there. We ordered three dishes that night, which came out in about 10 minutes and costed us $65 in total.
Their salt and pepper fried squid is one of my favourites. The squid was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They also added some stir fried vegetable toppings on top of the squid, which added more texture and flavours to the dish.
My partner had the Nasi Lemak fish, whichwas wrapped in gigantic banana leaves. The authentic presentation and taste of the fish made me feel like I was in South Asia.
Their Singapore Fried Noodle was also delicious. There were a good variety of vegetables and proteins in the dish, including vermicelli noodles, shrimps, roast pork, chicken, egg, and capsicums. I loved the generosity of the dish!
Their service was excellent too!
We would like to come back again.

I’ve been coming here for years. By any definition, what they sell is good old-fashioned comfort food. It’s one of those places you wish will never change. You find comfort in the familiar. The food is always good. The people are always friendly. I’m yet to have a bad meal here ever. I always order the mapo tofu, which is definitely the best in all of Melbourne, maybe all of Australia.

A great dining experience at Pho Huong Viet recently. The young lady that served us through our setting was jovial, attentive and knowledgeable.
The beef pho was tasty, as was the prawns, along with the other dishes our guests ordered. And enjoyed.
If you know the area, you will know that parking is a challenge on the Main Street, so try the streets behind, on either side of the main strip.
Toilets are at the back and behind the kitchen, was spotless when our guests needed to use them.
The pork was succulent and well good, and the excess serve (we did order with our eyes) made for a tasty lunch box the following day.
Excellent food Pho Huong, keep it up.
